Overview Pinpoint's team consists of industry professionals with experience across multiple business and technical disciplines. The entrepreneur spirit, the "can do" attitude, and the need to create permeates our culture. Fullerton - President/CEO Larry is an entrepreneur, and has been in the electronic market segment for over 33 years. Larry is currently active in the search solution world and has been in this market segment for the past 4 years. He has worked with a search engine software company and recently a search appliance company where he was the COO and defacto marketing, product management, and accounting director. Larry designed, tested, and manufactured the search appliance. Larry’s management experience included roles in the semiconductor (Intel, Hitachi, and Zilog), process control (board level products at Xycom and Phoenix Digital), and data content aggregation industries as well as the search appliance marketplace. Technically, Larry is an ontologist specialist (taxonomy, classification, and attribute subject matter expert), and is well-versed in all areas of search engines - spider requirements, corpus content, search engine types and design, database interfaces, and federation support for synchronized search appliances. Larry has a BSEE degree and a dual MBA and CIS degree, and he is a subject matter expert on electronic components of all types as a result of his consulting and industry design, product marketing, and strategic planning responsibilities and background. Stephen Kowalczyk - VP, Marketing and Sales Stephen is an entrepreneur, and has over 17 years management and IT technology experience. Stephen has a proven track record managing systems, projects and people when appropriately applying technology and delivering Internet-based and standalone business solutions and commercial products. Stephen has a hands-on technology skillset with a wide variety of development methodologies, languages, operating systems, hardware platforms, and software packages experience. Stephen has been responsible for all aspects of product development. This includes product marketing to determine product requirements, product development planning and management to deliver the required products and product sales. Stephen believes in customer-driven product feedback and product definitions. Stephen has also managed departmental hardware and software systems while working at his alma mater. His BS in Physics background has supported his proven problem solving capabilities. Stephen will be responsible for general marketing, sales, and product marketing functions where he will help design product with direct customer feedback. |
