Telephone Technical Support Pinpoint telephone support is available for registered customers for the first 30 days from the purchase date. If you haven't registered yet, please register now. Your appliances S/N will required along with the date of purchase. Any information supplied will be kept confidential and will not be used by any other institution or company other than qualified Pinpoint personnel. Thereafter, calls will be charged at $29.95 per incidence except for those companies and individuals who have signed up for our yearly maintenance service (see details on our maintenance web page). Your customer ID will be required for telephone incidence opening, tracking, and closure. If a technical resource is not available when you called, we will get back to you within 8 hours. Please keep a record of your incidence number to expedite additional calls if the incidence has not been closed. Telephone support hours are from 6:00AM to 6:00PM MST, Monday through Friday. E-mail Support Please send e-mails to support@pinpointdecisions.com. We will respond to all e-mails within 48 hours regardless of whether you have signed up for a maintenance agreement or not. In case of an e-mail sent on a Friday, we will respond by the end of the business day on the following Monday. |
