Pinpoint University

In-person training classes will be available in a city near you. Please consult the training schedule for time and locations. Registration is required 1 month before the class is given. Class size must be at least 10 registered people or more for the scheduled class to occur. Cost is $495 per person for 1 days worth of university training. Pinpoint will supply the equipment. At the end of your training, you will be given a certificate and 1.0 CEU.

Who Should Attend the University?

This Pinpoint University training session assumes computer literacy, but does not required MSCE certification level expertise. Pinpoint is creating and supporting a new company position - search administrator, and our certificate validates the student's skillset when administrating a search management system. The search administrator can be an owner of the company, an IT person inside or outside a company, an knowledge officer, an CIO, legal counsel responsible for managing legacy content, department manager, or some designated employee responsible for managing company assets and resources.

PDCT Certification

The Pinpoint Decisions Certification Technican (PDCT) training session is hands-on, and includes two courses. The certification insures that the new search administrator can install and operate Pinpoint's Search Management System, and manipulate in detail the search results.. The PDCT should expect to be able to perform the following tasks by the end of both training sessions:
